17 days ago this adventure began, okay well officially it was over 9 months ago, but the real part started 17 days ago.
Little Man C was born.
All along everyone told me he would be a "big baby" don't buy a lot of little clothes he won't fit into them. Because Eric and I are big (not huge) people I believed them. Well C had better ideas he was 3 weeks early and tipped the scales at 6 pounds 14 ounces and 21 inches long. He scored a successful 9 and 9 on his APGARS, which won't relate to anything else in his life, but hey we think these have to relate to future intelligence and success.
Thinking back that he was born 17 days ago just seems to astonish me, where does the time go? I can hardly imagine what it will be like to celebrate his 1st birthday but yet I know that day will be here before I know it. For those of you that knew about the deal, I lied, I made a deal with C that if he came early he could have all the cake and ice cream that he wanted at his first birthday. He was early but the labor and delivery was hard so I'm pulling that deal!
