Don't call me yellow!

So he looks a little yellow, but it's not because he's scared.

The damn thing that effects (or is it affects) a ton of newborns struck our little C. Poor guy got up to 20.1, it required the intervention of the Billi-blanket, which either made him look radioactive or like a glow-worm. He was on the blanket (which isn't really what it is see here: http://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/wha/umbili.htm) for 4 days, then we got to do some naked sun bathing :-)

C really loved his time in the sun. He slept most of the time and the hat shielded his little peepers.

By the time we got to the two week check up, his weight was 7 pounds 2.5 ounces and the jaundice was gone. Dr. Schneider was very pleased!
